Okay, since the title is diet routine, I wanna write about my diet routine hokay.
Nothing much actually. Since 2 weeks ago, if I'm not mistaken, I already started dieting kononnya. Huks. Tapi bila pikir balik makan cam biasa je tak control sangat lah. And balik rumah naik penimbang tengok maintain je tak turun pun. HUHUHU.
Yela aku duk berzumba berwokout boleh kata tiap petang lah jugak. Well, since berat statik, I think I have to change my strategy.
1. Eat fruits during breakfast
2. Eat lunch moderately- kalau makan kedai sepinggan normal tak gaya diet ah
3. Only proteins and vegies during dinner- or only fruits and veggies.
4. Drink greentea every night.- without sugar (2/3 times a day would be nice)
5. Workout everyday (45 minutes)
6. Push up challenge
7. No sweets or sweets drinks
8. No unhealthy snacks/processed food- huh tapi orang pelawa nugget makan gak kakakah
9. Plain water at least 3 litre per day
Officially yang ni start this week lah, which means this Monday- 11 April 2015.
So we'll see later.
Ikutkan nak puasa isnin khamis tapi tu bukan sebab nak diet je hokay. Yang tu sebab nak puasalah huh.
Will update later kalau dah ada weight loss.
But honestly, I think there are some inchloss since I can feel the difference wearing this one particular blouse and skirt. Hihiks. Maybe perasaan je tapi pelik jugak kalau skirt tu tetiba nak mengembang or blouse tu tetiba membesar kan. HAHAHAHA.
So I assume maybe there are some very small inchloss. Even though my weight is the same, but maybe my body is building musclesπππ
So I hope maybe I can look better and at least I can wear my blouses from years ago kakakah.
